Edward F. Kittredge, FCOHE

Ed Kittredge founded Professional Profiles in 1988, having spent nearly two decades as an experienced healthcare executive in various hospital settings. He began his career at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield, MA, serving a variety of roles including Director of Corporate Planning. In 1979 Ed became Chief Executive Officer at Lynn Hospital in Lynn, MA and, later at Atlanticare Medical Center. In 1986 he joined Hospital Corporations of America where he served as Chief Executive Officer in a variety of hospitals in Massachusetts and Michigan.

During his long career in hospital administration, Ed has received numerous professional and community awards including the Community Service Award form the American Lung Association, the Massachusetts Quality Award, and the President’s Award from the Lynn Hospital Medical Staff.

Vice President
Edward "Ned" Kittredge

Ned, (together with his father Ed Kittredge,) founded Professional Profiles in 1992 and successfully helped to grow the company to its present 100 plus employees, over 1000 clients, and several major Home Care Contracts including 11 State Aging Service Points (ASAP’s).

His eleven years of senior management professional experience and industry leadership has enabled Ned to expand Professional Profiles to its current full line of home care specialty and landscaping services with a coverage area extending from Greater Boston to the Merrimack Valley and parts of southern New Hampshire and coastal Maine.

In response to a growing need in the community, Ned has developed specialized elder chore services such as working with Hoarders and bed bug management programs, which has been successful in preventing numerous elder evictions. He is a member of the Greater Boston Hoarding Task Force, and the North Shore Elder Hoarding Consortium Task Force. In 2010, Ned and Professional Profiles were recognized as a Provider of the Year for outstanding chore services provided to the people of West Roxbury.

Vice President
Elizabeth Osbahr, RN

Liz brings more than 20 years of Nursing and Home Care experience to Professional Profile, Inc. She has worked extensively in the home care industry and managed and supervised home care aide services for the majority of her nursing career. She is currently the Vice President for the Massachusetts Council for Home Care Aide Services, and has been a member of its Executive Board for over 15 years. She is active on many committees with the Executive Office of Elder Affairs and is a member of the Standards of Practice Committee for Home Care Aide Services.
